Prodigies with Group Supervisor, Cathryn Carkhuff, in Norris Square Park, April 2008

Prodigies, youth from Norris Square Neighborhood Project aged 14-17, have been working hard to learn about starting a business. In April of 2008, Prodigies launched their silk-screening business with a line of anti-violence t-shirts.

Within Norris Square Neighborhood Project, these youth have become leaders in their group and the community. Youth have designed their own program, planned special activities, and even written their own grant to continue the silk-screening business.
